Beautiful ensuite enormous room with queen sized bed available to rent until 31 Aug. Chance to extend after if it all works out.
Loads of cupboards and storage. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, lovely kitchen/dining room and separate sitting room.
The ensuite bathroom has a large shower and is bright and spacious.
All bills are included - council tax, tv license, wifi, water/gas/electric. Besides rent, no other charges.
We also have a large garden that we can use in the evenings when the tearoom on the ground floor is closed.
The flatmates are fab! A super friendly couple, considerate, clean and fun.
I've been their live-in landlord but am moving out because I'm getting married and moving abroad. Very sad to be leaving such a gorgeous flat and such great flatmates.
We're looking for someone who will fit in, is relaxed, friendly and fun, tidy(!) Happy for either a single person or a couple and pets are very welcome.
On the pet front, we've only had my standard poodle in the last 3 years - he's hypoallergenic so if you do have allergies you will not be affected by his having been here. (He's moving out with me!)
