We are bunch of people who managing the house as our home. We having nice garden with bbq area on a summer days. Newly refurbished kitchen, where we are cleaning after ourselves. However the cleaner including in the rent twice a month for communal areas as well. Bills, Internet, car parking in front of the house with CCTV camera, all incl. in the price. Tesco 7min away by walk, same as city centre 20 min away. The house is close to college and university which could suit student too.
