Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I'm looking to live somewhere closer to my current workplace! The rent is only 330 a month for a decently-sized single bedroom + 6.5 for the Internet. There's a bathroom on the first floor and a toilet on the ground floor., as well as a small garden. It's a 15-minute walk away from the Hythe Tesco and about 20 minutes from the campus; on top of that there's a Co-Op just across the meadow in front of the house and there is a bus stop 1 minute away.
