I have a double room available in a lovely house close to the town centre. Great location, close to all amenities, with off street parking. House is immaculate and has been fully renovated. Also has a large garden and new patio area.
Room is available due to my housemate of the last 3 years moving home to save a deposit for her own place.
I'm looking for a housemate who is active, clean/tidy, easy going, and has a good sense of humour. I like the house to be calm most of the time, but always friendly and welcoming. Single occupancy only, but happy for friends to visit / a partner to stay once or twice a week. Being an animal lover, I'd possibly consider an accompanying dog.
About me: I'm an IT professional and now work from home, having previously worked in London (prior to covid). I'm fairly active, and if I'm not busy with one project or another, I'll often to be out and about enjoying e. g. outdoorsy activities/paddle boarding, festivals/gigs, quizzes, sunday roasts etc.. I have a lot of interests and love a project - one project I haven't got around to is learning all the musical instruments I've accumulated.. So if you're a musician, or want to be, that's a bonus :)
