I am looking for someone to join me in this 2-bed top floor flat in a quiet building in Eld Lane, Colchester Town Centre (CO1). The flat is newly completed and finished to a very high standard, with only one previous resident.

- Fully furnished with double bed and mattress. All kitchen utensils also included.
- Inclusive of 1GBPs private fibre connection. Doesn't include other bills.
- Washer/Dryer (brand new)
- NO DESIGNATED PARKING SPACE but there is very limited/not guaranteed parking for 3-4 vehicles outside the building which is only accessible by car before 10am and after 6pm Mon-Sat.

About me:
I'm a 21-year-old self-employed professional. Having lived on my own for 5 years already, I am looking for someone who shares the same values and relaxed nature.

I am tee-total for personal reasons, so if you're a party animal, this might not be the home for you. however, I love music and socialising over dinner.

The ideal flatmate would share similar preferences around privacy & takes care of their surroundings. Guests are obviously allowed to visit. No smoking.
