The other housemates are 2 female students.

Kitchen /diner is of good size with all modern utilities and utility rooms has another fridge/freezer and a washer-drier.
The downstairs living room has patio doors overlooking the south facing garden and patio.
Plenty of parking for cars is also available outside the property.
