I have a two bedroom flat and I'm currently looking for someone else to live with as it gets lonely living alone, and expensive with the current cost of living crisis.

Its a 2Bed, 2Bath, a stone's throw away from Colchester North station and the bus stops. 10 minutes walk to a 24hr Asda (including pharmacy) and 15-20 minutes walk to Colchester Hospital.

For the flat itself, I have the ensuite (I am classed as disabled so need easy round the clock access to the bathroom), however the other bathroom has a bath and a shower and is spacious.
The second bedroom I'm offering is a spacious double bedroom with a divan double bed already in there, apart from the underbed storage, there's no other furniture and you have the chance to really decorate the room to what standard you wish. As long as there's no damage to the walls or painting then you can get whatever furniture, decorations etc, I can show you how to wall mount without needing nails.

There's super fast virgin fibre-optic internet (300+Mbps), permanent off road parking with parking spots designated and a parking permit available.
A well appointed kitchen with Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, electric hob/oven, utensils (pots, pans, casserole dishes, baking equipment, coffee maker, milk frother/cold foam maker, slow cooker, amazing spice variety etc).
A BEKO Fridge freezer that's yours alone and my fully functional freezer if you need some extra freezing here and there.
A ground floor flat in a quiet estate with security (press bell to be let in via intercom).
Carpet all over except main bathroom and kitchen.
Large living room (TV, two playstation 4's and sound system available) although it is also basically furnished with a sofa as I've been too busy to go out second hand furniture shopping since moving in (I believe in recycling).

I do not have rules really, you're free to go and come as you wish. Leave everything in the same way you found it, clean up after yourself and I'm not a fan of getting pissed so please no heavy weekend drinkers.

I also have a 5 month old indoor kitten who's extremely well behaved. She's spoiled, follows you around like a dog and has run of the flat (understand if you don't want her in your room however) but she's clean (I wipe her private areas and paws at least twice a day with water wipes).

My youngest brother is currently staying with me for a few weeks this summer, he's sharing the ensuite mainly, and living in the living room although might use the big bathroom once in a while. But he's unobstructive, clean and you won't even notice him around.
