There is a double room to let in a shared house in Colchester New Town opposite a large park (the Recreation Ground). There is no off road parking but there is plenty of parking on the street so you won´t have a problem finding a parking space.

There are a couple of small shops and an outstanding veg shop within easy walking distance. It is a short bike ride (under 15 minutes) to the Univeristy and even quicker to Town. The bus stop is just at the bottom of the road and will take you to town/train station, university/Wivenhoe, and Roehedge/Mersea.
This is a well lit and quiet attic room with exclusive use of a bathroom and small vestibule which can be used as a study area. Council tax is included in the all inclusive rent. It comes with shared use of (well-equipped) kitchen, dining room, living room, garden,. The garden include a barbecue, pizza oven, and dining area under a grape vine.

Please note that this is a shared household so we are looking for housemates, not just someone to whom to let the room so please reply with some details about yourself, saying what you are like, your interests, how you like to live etc..

Single people preferred but am willing to consider couples for a negotiated rent.
