Property is located 5 minutes walk from the city center and 10 mins from the train station. Property is well kept and recently redecorated, all rooms are very large with high ceilings. Rooms come fully furnished, though I can accommodate some furniture. There is a patio garden and parking round the rear of the property.
Pets and couples welcome too, though please let me know beforehand (£1000pcm for a couple).
All bills included. 3 month minimum stay.
I am a very social working professional, ideally looking for someone similar. I’ve had 3 previous lodgers, all of which I am still very close friends with now.
I’m away from August till April so ideally looking for someone who would want to stay for that whole period.
