Our four bedroom student house is very close to Essex, University and Tesco’s.
There are 4 good size bedrooms, 3 of them have double beds and 1 has a single bed. All rooms have a desk, chair, wardrobes and drawers.
The bathroom has a shower, bathroom and low-level toilet and there is also a downstairs toilet and sink.
The kitchen has all modern facilities, fridge, freezer, washer, dryer, microwave, hob, and oven.
The house is heated by modern gas central heating with thermostatic controlled radiators.
There is a lounge diner for socialising.
The garden has a patio and is Maintained by the landlord.
Bills are included,
Most of the students that have lived in the house, usually stay for the whole of their university experience. It is a home from home.
Each room is for single occupancy only
