✔️This house is located in a great neighborhood in Colchester. The area has excellent public transport links, with bus stops within a 2-minute walk. If you have a car, there’s plenty of free on-street parking. A bus into the town center takes about 15 minutes, or you can walk in less than half an hour.
There’s a superstore Tesco at the end of the road, a few coffee shops, takeaways food, and a pub, so everything is nearby.

I am looking for someone responsible, clean, tidy, quiet, and respectful of others who will pay their rent on time without being prompted and who enjoys living in shared accommodation while still valuing private time in their own space.

Everyone is expected to clean up after themselves in communal areas so that it’s a nice place to live for everyone.
I know some people want a more social living place, but please remember that this is generally a quite clean and quiet household.

I am busy on the computer and often keep out of the way in my room but even like that I would be happy to stop for a chat to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
