To give you a roomy and comfortable private area, every room has been recently redecorated with thoughtful design.
There’s plenty of room in the kitchen if you like to cook, and a dining table so you can enjoy house meals and social time together.
An electric shower has been added to the newly decorated upper bathroom.
The house also has a rear garden and patio, and a shed for storage use if you need it.

✔️This house is located in a great neighborhood in Colchester. The area has excellent public transport links, with bus stops within a 2-minute walk and takes about 10 minutes into the town center.
There’s a Morrisons at the end of the road, a few coffee shops, as well as takeaway food and a pub, so everything is nearby.

⭐Everyone is expected to clean up after themselves in communal areas so that it’s a nice place to live for everyone. I know some people want a more social living place, but please keep in mind that this is generally a clean and quiet household.
I am very busy on the computer and often keep out of the way in my room but even like that I would be very happy to stop for a chat to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
