Student Studio May-August

This is a large studio flat for students at Beyond the Box Avon Way. It is ensuite with a private kitchen in the studio and access to a larger communal kitchen on the floor the flat is on. There is a built-in desk, built-in wardrobe, and storage space. The room has a view of the parking lot and nature park.

The reception building has studio spaces, a bookable workout studio, a bookable meeting room, and a reception desk. Beyond the Box also hosts events throughout the term, like movie nights.

It is located about 15-20min from the university if taking the nature path and about half an hour if walking by road. Tesco is less than 15 minutes away by walking and 5 minutes by bus. There is also a bus line to Lidle and a direct bus to town that comes regularly.

It is required that the tenant be a student.

There will be a 200pound utility fee and a 250pound deposit. The contract type would require payment in full.
