About your flat mate -

I am a full time worker for the ambulance service and also have a business from home which is set up here (I would need someone okay with that as I have clients on my available days)

Want someone clean and tidy! Sociable but also happy to respect personal space.

I work a lot of the time and work shift patterns including nights.

Looking for a friend more than a house mate as I think it’s important to have that environment.
