Room available in COLCHESTER from March up until end October/beginning of November (flexible) - Shared flat/apartment with professional gay male 40's and my French Bulldog in a two bedroom/two bathroom ground floor flat/apartment, just a ten minute walk from Colchester city centre and Colchester Town train station.

Must be a fellow dog lover, as my little Diva 'Roisin' is a big part of my happy home (despite her size).

Ideally looking for someone who is happy to let Roisin out for a wee in the mornings/evenings if I'm not home due to work and make a general fuss of her in my absence, obviously if you are around.

Room is 14ft x 7.5ft -
Partially furnished room includes single bed & pocket sprung mattress, storage cupboard, large chest of draws and open wardrobe/clothes rail.
Room features a floor to ceiling window with plantation shutter for complete privacy.
Room has been recently refreshed/repainted after my previous lodger.

Street parking is available via permit (North Essex parking partnership) £78 for 12 months. Alternatively there may be the opportunity to rent a space from one of the neighbours in our building.

£550 deposit + £550 months rent in advance - Inclusive of all bills (inc. Wifi, EETV, Netflix, council tax, energy & water).
