Single room in town centre

We are a friendly house hold that often have chats in the lounge but also respect one another’s privacy. We are looking for someone to join the household to live in a comfortable room with a beautiful view.
Smoking is not allowed in the house but there is a nice spot in the garden if you wish to do so.
We are right in the centre of the town with many supermarkets and amenities in walking distance. The road itself is very peaceful.
Shared kitchen, bathroom and lounge with a nice garden full of life in the summer.
The room is fully furnished with a single bed, cupboard and chest of drawers with some shelves for storage.
