Maltings bronze en-suite

Hi everyone, I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at The Maltings, Colchester (CO2 8FU) from 1st May. It’s a bronze en-suite room on the 3rd floor, fully furnished with a private bathroom and shared kitchen/living area, ideal for University of Essex students. I’ve already paid the majority of the instalments, so whoever takes over will only need to pay the remaining 2 instalments, which works out to about £74 per week (less than £300 per month).
