This room would suit a non-smoking (OUTSIDE SMOKING ALLOWED), down to earth, friendly, dedicated, happy, clean and tidy person(s). This is not a party house! The dynamic of the current tenants is very good so we are looking for someone to fit in and feel at home here.

I am a very good, friendly landlord (references available from existing and past tenants) looking for reliable tenants. All tenants are referenced prior to move in.
