Females preferred: We have a large bright and pleasant double bedroom with a big wardrobe, armchair, desk and chest of drawers in a relaxed family home in COLCHESTER. Large garden with patio in a very peaceful area.

Very close to bus routes with buses every ten minutes at peak times. We are 4.2 miles by bike from the university of Essex but there is also a direct bus.

I live here with my partner, small dog and two cats. As well as having your own room, you will share the kitchen and family bathroom plus there is also a separate downstairs toilet.

We are friendly and easy going and love a chat, but also appreciate that we all need privacy. We are used to having a lodger. There is loads of parking on the road. We are tidy but fairly relaxed. You would be responsible for keeping your room clean and tidying up after yourself in the shared areas. We ask for a month's rent in advance plus a damage deposit of £200 please.

SMOKING - we don't mind a smoker as long as you do it in the garden.

The room is available from mid May.
