Parking available on purchase of residents permit (approx £80 a year - refundable if you don't stay that long). 2 mins from Castle park, 5 mins from High Street shops, restaurants, banks etc, 20 min walk to Colchester train station, 30 minute walk (10 Min cycle)to general hospital, easy access to buses / cycle trail to University of Essex.

Broadband and bills (gas, water, electricity, council tax included) no TV licence or outgoing calls on landline.

Available 7 days a week for £130pw/ £520pcm or Monday to Friday only for £120pw / £480pcm.

Would suit mature student, researcher, professional who would appreciate a quiet, low key, environmentally friendly household.

No pets, smoking fine outside, no DSS. References required.
