Lovely master bedroom in Collier Row

Master bedroom

Hi, we have the main bedroom in our house available.

We are looking to add one more person to our relaxed set up on a semi-short term basis. The room is available for roughly 4-6 months but you could stay longer by negotiation.

You'd be sharing with myself, Richard (35), my partner, Tia (30) and our housemate Lauren (25). We're all full-time professionals with our own lives going on but often spend time together in the evenings to share food or a drink with each-other.

The house has:

- Two showers, two toilets (we're never stuck queuing in the mornings)
- BT Infinity Broadband
- Large back garden
- Large kitchen with dishwasher
- Large livingroom/dining room area with a TV
- Conservatory area which is often used as our smoking area.
- There is an office space area if you need a quiet space to work sometimes.
- Gas central heating
- Netflix on the TV

The room itself is the master bedroom of the house and has two sets of three draw units. To keep the room feeling a spacious as possible, we don't have a wardrobe in there but we could talk about getting one if needed. In the meantime there is a clothes rail for hanging stuff.

In terms of location, unfortunately we're not near a tube station but you can get a bus 5 mins up the road which can take you to Hainault (Central Line) in 15 mins or Romford (Overground) in about the same time. There is free parking on the road if you have a car.

The house comes with two cats who are playful but won't cause damage to your stuff.

We have a brick shed at the bottom of the garden if you need to store any stuff that you don't want to keep in your room.

We're looking for someone easy going to slide into the relaxed atmosphere we have at the moment.
