We are renting out 1 large double room for one person (no couples). It will only be me, my wife and the person who moves in. The room is large and spacious. It has big windows, so a lot of natural light. The house has been refurbished to an excellent standard and has a garden with a terrace. The room has a double bed with memory foam mattress and a large wardrobe across the wall.

We are looking for someone who is clean and cleans up after themselves - this is the most important bit to us.
We have a cat & a dog. House is based in a quiet area. Tesco is 7 min walk and other shops around too. Morrisons 10 min walk or by car 5 min or less. 10 min by car to Romford and main shopping centre, Sainsbury's, bars and restaurants. Bus stop is 5 min from the house also. Romford, Dagenham East or Heathway are the closest stations.
