Double furnished room in Dagenham (for a female occupant who is neat and tidy), offering a comfortable and convenient living space. Quilt, pillows and bedding aren't provided. Overnight guests allowed with pre-approval.

All spaces are shared apart from bedrooms. I have an ensuite so rarely use the shared bathroom. There is access to 2 communal terraces.

The main TV currently has Apple Music, Netflix and Amazon Prime (no TV licence).

Bills are roughly 250pcm extra (subject to usage).

Easy access to public transportation. Dagenham Dock (C2C) is a 7min walk and Dagenham Heathway (District Line) is a 5min bus ride away.

Near 24hr Asda, 24hr gyms, cinema, bowling alley and various restaurants with a vast range of delivery options.

Additional but important info:
• No pork or tripe to be cooked or brought into the property due to allergens
• If WFH is more than 2 days a higher percentage of bills to be paid
• No locks can be added to the bedroom door
• No smoking property (including the balcony)
• Rental checks will be done by a 3rd party so requested documentation will need to be submitted.
