Double Room in renovated home

A Double room to let in renovated properly. There is a wardrobe in this room and if more space is required, the bed can easily be lifted to reveal space underneath too. If a desk is required then I can arrange for a desk to be put in place for you.

It took a huge amount of my time to make the room as nice as it can be so I am looking for someone who is nice, respects others privacy and will look after the room well.

Virgin wireless broadband is also provided for.

There is a relatively new kitchen fitted into the ground floor with penty of wall and base units for you to place whatever you like in there.

There is a great leisure center within 10-15 minute walk that boasts an olympic sized swimming pool that must be seen to be believed. Morrisions supermarket is also close by as well as the best fish and chip shop I have ever eaten at.

The nearest tube station is Dagenham Heathway which is around a 20 minute walk.

I currently Live in one of the rooms in the ground floor. There are 2 other people living here too, both of whom are nice and friendly people.

A deposit will be required.

2 months minimum stay.
