The room is on the top floor of a newly converted Dutch barn in Debden green.
The room is very large and has beautiful ensuite facilities - walk in shower with rainfall head, w/c and large basin. The bedroom has air conditioning which also doubles as heating. The bathroom has underfloor heating and a heated towel rail.
There is a very large kitchen which is shared with the family. Tenants will have sole use of a fridge and space in a freezer., shared use of a washing machine and dishwasher.
The middle section between the two rooms on the top floor is the lounge area and will not be used by anyone else.
There is lots of space for parking and a large patio and garden.
The barn is located in a beautiful part of Debden green with lots of open space for walkers and countryside lovers.
We are 15 minutes drive from the airport, 10 minutes from saffron walden and 40 mins from Cambridge. There are rail links to london/Cambridge within 4 miles.
