We are: a professional, very clean, easygoing, polite couple. We work long hours and we like a quite night sleep.
We have : a warm, lovely NON SMOKER, clean and quite house, located at 5 min walking distance from Elm Park (district Line Station) and we would like to offer for rent 2 Rooms for 800£. One double room as a Living Room (Your Private Living room) and one room as bedroom. We have one option for 2 double rooms at 800£ or one double + one single for 750£. Both option include furniture.
The right couple will be considered as well at 950£/month.
You will share the house only with us.
The house has a separate dining room, shared bathroom and shared kitchen. Also You will benefit from your own Fridge. (in the Kitchen)
Also we have a nice big garden.
Off street Parking.
All bills included

We want you to be a professional person, quite during the sleeping hours and preferable not cooking to often. If you are a smoking person we might consider you, only if you smoke outside and no smoking smell comes inside. (sorry but we are Non Smokers)
Long Term Agreement and Checks will be carry out.
