There is a big patio area and a garden. Parking available at extra cost of £50 pm. 2 minutes walk to Gidea Park station, Elizabeth line with direct train to Stratford (in 23 mins), to Liverpool Street (in 32 min), to Paddington(in 43 min). All utility bills (water, gas, electricity, broadband) and council tax included (fair usage). Partying is not permitted in the house. We prefer a professional single person, who is not a party animal and is not loud. All bills, broadband and council tax included in the rent.
