I have a two bedroom house available within 4 minutes walking distance to Grange Hill underground station (Central Line) and with easy transport access to Hainault and Chigwell underground stations. I am the landlord and I currently live in the property but I will be working from abroad between 30th October 2022 and 1st March 2023 (4 months approx) and so I am renting out the 2nd room for the duration of this time I am away. If you are looking for a nice location house on a quiet road adjacent to Grange Hill Underground Station and you work near the City/Canary Wharf then it is ideally located around 30 minutes via train or 20 minutes to Stratford/Westfields.
All bills included in the rent: Water, Electricity, Broadband Wireless Internet, Heating and Council Tax.
Through the house, there are wooden parquet floors with carpet on the staircase, the bedrooms have laminate floors and the bathroom and kitchen is tiled. There is also one bathroom and toilet. The vacant bedroom is big enough for you to be able to store all your goods in. The bedroom will have a double bed and a cupboard supplied.
There are three local gyms, David Lloyds, Virgin and Nuffield within close proximity, there are plenty of Grocery Stores minutes walk away, as well as barbers, coffee shop and a couple of restaurants by Grange Hill Station.
The house is on a really safe and quiet road and situated in a nice area of the borough. It has 2 floors and space for a car in the driveway.
1.5 month’s security deposit & a months rent would be required initially and then rent would be paid on an agreed date of each calendar month by standing order or cash (1st ideally). I would also require to see one photo ID to confirm identity and a next of kim/emergency contact details.
A bit about me: I am a live in landlord, I am 36 years of old and of Turkish origin. I work as a professional in the Banking/Financial Services industry. I am a pretty chilled out/modern person and get on with pretty much everyone, I am pretty relaxed around rules but would only ask to keep the house clean.
Some of my interests involve playing & watching sports, eating out and going to the occasional bars/shisha on weekends usually.
The tenant you will live with is a 32 year old professional who is also renting currently on a rolling basis and you will have a chance to meet and discuss their experiences at the house so far.
