I am looking for an occupant that is in professional work, who is clean and considerate.

Available beginning December 2020:

This relatively quiet home located in Grays Town Centre, houses two mature professionals. One is often working away from home, the other works nights, so we rarely cross paths. The house has two new bathrooms, so with the new flatmate I don’t anticipate queues.

With a two minute walk to the Town’s shopping centre and a five minute walk to the Bus and Train stations, you are perfectly located for the commute to work. If you enjoy leisure or retail therapy, Lakeside and Blue Water retail parks are close by.

Situated off the upstairs landing, this large double room boasts views to the back of the house, overlooking the garden and park beyond. The exposed oak wooden floorboards, Super king sized bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers makes this room a comfortable and complete space. A desk and chair can be made available should you need to work from home. In this instance there may be additional costs due to the extra use of utilities throughout the day.

There is a large kitchen, separate dining room and garden that is shared, so no need to be confined to your bedroom.

The bed mattress is clean, good quality and protected with a mattress cover.

The house is situated on a road served with permit meter parking.

Normal bills are included (Gas, electric, council tax, water, sewage, broadband Wifi), however there may be reasonable additional costs for utilities for those that work from home.
