Ideal for a clean, quiet, tidy, trustworthy professionals, NOT a party house. If you appreciate a quiet house, this is yours. Of course once in a while you can have a barbecue in the garden or celebrate important days. But I usually prefer chilled people.

The rent will come with signed contract by both parties which will be handled for reading when viewing is booked.
