Would suit professional person working away from home weekdays and returning to their own home at weekends. *PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A MONDAY TO FRIDAY LET ONLY. The ideal lodger must like dogs as we have three small friendly dogs (who are NOT allowed upstairs). The house benefits from quiet village location whilst having good access to A12 and A130 as well as being only 10-15 mins from Chelmsford city centre and railway station. The room has plenty of drawer space and a hanging rail in the wardrobe. The large kitchen/breakfast room is well equipped with hi spec appliances and the property benefits from fast broadband throughout the house. The rear garden is landscaped with a sunny patio area to enjoy your morning tea as well as an even larger garden which enjoys the evening sun. A cleaner comes in every week and we can offer optional bedding and towels laundered and ironed weekly for an additional surcharge. Although close to local amenities we also have woods, fields and a stream minutes away for walking, running or simply enjoying the countryside.
