Bedroom is double good size with wardrobe and double bed laminate floor ..separate bathroom toilet etc ..there is a spare room which I will make into a living room if needed ..I'm very easy going washing machine etc is new outside garden for drying.. this room is light and airy views to the garden ground floor bungalow ..I live at front off the building so you will have your own space ..ample parking and on a nice respectful area very safe and clean ..I dint have broadband but it will be being put on here in the future ..
