I have a single bedroom for rent in Great Dunmow.
Modern apartment, large single room; small wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table for storage.
Close to all amenities, shops, bars and restaurants on the high street but also away from any noise. Bus stop right outside of flats, (located near Dominos pizza).
Sole use of bathroom.
Gated entry and secure door entry to lobby before main apartment doors.
Plenty of street parking.
Preferably looking for a female to rent the room, male welcome depending on factors.
The room is available from Jan 15th 2024. 2 months minimum, 6 months maximum, however this can be extended accordingly if it suits us both. Also willing to rent shorter term to cadets etc. Thanks
