The room has plenty of storage space with fitted wardrobes, cupboards and drawers. There is a TV point and hifi unit. Wireless broadband is also available.
There is shared use (virtually exclusive!) of the main bathroom, and a downstairs shower-room.
Use of household facilities, i. e. washing machine, d/w, freezer & fridge. We have a large established rear garden and off street parking is available at the front.
We are a friendly, clean & tidy married couple in our 50's looking for a like-minded lodger (professional person M/F) who will respect our home and furnishings. We would want references & a deposit. Although we are not smokers, we'd consider a smoker but there is no smoking indoors.
We do have a cat!
