Furniture provided includes: double bed, duvet, pillows and bed linen; 24inch smart TV; bedside table with lamp; chest of drawers; long fitted mirror; clothes hanging space and chair. In addition there is a raised storage area behind the bed. The room has been recently decorated.

All bills are included in the rent including WI-FI.

You will also have shared use of the shower room with separate toilet and sink; living room; fitted kitchen with washing machine, gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans etc; and rear garden which includes a seating area.

The property is situated a short walk to all the amenities of the market town of Halstead and has good bus links to the surrounding towns such as Sudbury, Braintree and Colchester.

We have one very friendly Belgium Shepard dog (that loves a cuddle!) so must be comfortable with dogs.

We are looking for a single professional person or mature student, non smoker and no pets please. References and one months deposit required.
