Room is furnished with a large double wardrobe, double bed, tv stand and a wardrobe in the wall. There is a shared bathroom with bath and shower available and a large living room you are also welcome to use. You would have use of a private driveway and plenty of fridge and freezer storage. I am a very laid back landlord who just wants a clean and friendly tennant for a bit of extra cash at the weekends.
