As well as a double room you will have acess to a sitting area, dining area, kitchen and court yard garden. The property is within walking distance of Halstead town. There is also an off road parking space available for you. The room is suitable for a professional lady. I am a live in landlord and while this is a very friendly household, I am essentially renting a room and so it is imperative for me to have someone who understands the importance of respecting personal space and a common sense approach when using shared areas. This of course will be reciprocated. You should be a tidy and clean person who will be respectful of the house and pay without prompting. You must be happy to live in an animal (rabbit) friendly house.
