Choice of a very nice spacious double room or nice single room to rent in a large and well presented clean tidy and very organised home. Large garden with a nice summer house. All amenities available e. g. washing machine, kitchen equipment, wifi etc.

Rates mentioned are basic rates and may be modified according to overall circumstances including level of home working.

I am a highly professional but fun person, generally very quiet, sociable friendly and easy going. I also have high standards with hygiene and highly respect others privacy. The house is in a nice part of the town close to green spaces and cycle tracks and local shops.

Two bathrooms, one with bath and shower and one with shower. Large living room with two reception areas. Large kitchen with all appliances, breakfast bar and dinning area.

Close to M11, and 2 minute walk to bus stop for easy access to town centre. Easy access to London, Stansted Airport, Cambridge by road and from Harlow train Station, or Epping tube station and the central line into London.

This is a house share so all house mates contribute to keeping the house to a high clean and tidy standard and cost of consumables.

One full calendar month notice period will apply from both sides.
