The kitchen has double oven, large fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Preferably meals to be taken in the dining room. Currently there is no off street parking.
References and deposit are required. The property is close to a large supermarket and train station, with good bus links within a 5 minute walk. A road link to the M11 is a 5 minute drive.
I am a live in Landlady and tenancy will be as a lodger. Laundering of bedding is available.
Smoking is allowed outside the property, not indoors.
