Terms and conditions:
- We communicate to tenants through a house Whatsapp group, so you need to be comfortable using Whatsapp.
- Upfront rent taken: Rent is taken 1st day of the month. If you move in mid-month, we take the remainder of the first month and all of the 2nd month's rent.
- UK based guarantor will be required, usually a parent or sibling. If you are unable to provide a guarantor, you can sign up with any company providing this service. One example is Helping Hand Ltd who provide this guarantor service for a monthly fee (at the time of writing this fee was approximately 12% of the monthly rent).
