We have a double room with a new en-suite bathroom for one person in a shared house at 108 Greygoose Park, Harlow CM19 4JS, which is one of Harlow's better areas. The rent is £175 per week. A female tenant would be preferred.

The rent quoted is inclusive of all bills such as council tax, electricity, gas, water rates, maintenance and high speed broadband. The rent can be paid weekly or monthly in advance. The full deposit required is one calendar month’s rent of £758.33, however, you can initially pay less and gradually build it up.

The area is about one mile from the Town Centre and one and a half miles from the railway station. There are convenient local shops and it is close to bus stops. Free off-street parking is available directly outside.

The landlord has been a professional landlord for 30 years and is a member of the relevant trade bodies. He employs full time maintenance staff so that any repairs required are attended to promptly at no cost to the tenants. The properties are registered with the local authority, undergo periodic inspections and meet all fire and safety regulations.

Viewing can be arranged Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9.00am until 5.00pm. We are not able to accept tenants who are in receipt of Housing Benefit, Universal Credit or are students or carers by profession.
