Because we have refurbished this house with 3 en suite rooms this means that the 3 standard rooms share the main bathroom and downstairs cloakroom.....no queuing on a morning.

The kitchen has 3 fridge freezers, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer and lots of cupboard space.

The communal lounge features a 42-inch smart TV and a comfy sofa.

Two access points ensure that the free superfast broadband is available throughout the house.

All bills, council tax (council tax Band C), broadband etc are included in the room rates.

We have a minimum of 3 car spaces for residents and there is unrestricted parking on the roads. There are bus stops 200 meters away and the access to the M11 is 5 minutes by car.

Whilst this is a non-smoking house we are happy to accommodate housemates who smoke and who respect the fact that smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house.
