Availability is Monday to Friday. No weekends, from 28th October for one furnished lockable single room with small double bed, heating included, with weekly housekeeping services if required. £140 per week. 4 weeks rent in advance plus security deposit required.
Resident lady owner and
maximum of 1 lodger at any one time in property

Use of kitchen and white goods, washing machine, large American Fridge/Freezer.
Two clean bathrooms, consisting of two toilets, 1 shower and 1 bath.

Bed linen and towels included and weekly service wash of these items and weekly room clean available if required at NO extra cost.

Well situated for travel and amenities, road, overground rail and tube and on bus route.
I am friendly but professional and looking for a professional, friendly quiet-ish, clean and tidy person to join the house.

Parking is situated outside house on a quiet side street and where i park my own car
