Double Room Available

I have a double room available October for rent.

The room is spacious and includes all bills except telephone.

There is a sky box and tv in the room along with wardrobe, double bed and chest of drawers and bedside cabinet.

Bathroom, kitchen are shared along with washing machine etc

There is safe parking available should you have a car.

Having had experience in letting a room the past three years, I would be looking for somebody mature who is working and can confirm their employment and has been in employment ideally for at least a minimum of 6 Months..

I’m ideally looking for a lodger as there is only a live in landlord. Just the one double room available in a sought after area.

Somebody who is hygienic and clean who can keep their room respectable and clean up after themselves is paramount. Looking for no baggage of issues, someone who is stable and sociable and knows what they are looking for..

Would prefer a non-smoker and not looking for alcoholics.

Person has to have no hangups, just normal.

Deposit will need to be taken along with a months rent before moving in and exchange of room tenancy contract.
