I have a double room with an ensuite + master bathroom available in this house in a quiet residential street in Hornchurch.
My house is a 4 bedroom new build of 3 years and has been finished to an exceptional standard and provides a lot of space and parking.

This room is on the "middle floor" (as my room is in the loft), meaning you have the space and floor pretty much to yourself. The room is large with an ensuite, it has a double wardrobe but you will need to supply own bed. A tv aerial socket point is also available.

My house has a cosy living room, a downstairs toilet, a large kitchen/diner, utility room, 4 bedrooms, 3 toilets on the top and middle floors. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has sky tv in there.
My garden is very sociable (and big), with a large decking area with seating and sun loungers available.
Location
I am located a 5/10 minute walk into Hornchurch, Elm Park and Romford area. Buses are available from the main road that my road is situated off of.
