I'm pleased to be able to offer a spacious double room in a flat share with communal living areas directly on top of the Hornchurch High Street. The fantastic location provides easy access to the shops, transport links and a wide variety of pubs, bars, restaurants and local theatre productions at the Queen's theatre on Billet Lane.

The room is currently available and will be fully furnished.

The ideal flatmate will be an easygoing and sociable professional aged 25- 45 who enjoys spending time with like-minded people. You'll be sharing with a 31 year old female who works in the city. I have a good social life, however would like to live with someone I can watch a film with and enjoy a glass of wine together in the evening/weekends :)

The kitchen is fully furnished with all necessary appliances, the living room is very spacious and there is a large front facing sun terrace with fantastic views of all of London. There is a BBQ available too which is great is the current weather!

All bills are included in the price and I have sky movies and unlimited fast broadband.

The pictures don't do the room justice so I would recommend a viewing to really see how great the space is.

Any prospective tenants will have to pass referencing through the estate agent (fee to be determined with the agent) and, once an agreement is reached, the new tenant will pay a security deposit plus one month rent up front.
