We are in a lovely modern townhouse close to a beautiful river, very peaceful and quiet in a beautiful village. We have local shops, takeaways etc and a very reliable and regular bus service which can get you to Rayleigh train station and other destinations. We have a lovely garden and a gym you are more than welcome to use. Free WIFI, fridge/freezer, oven, tumble dryer and washing machine. No house rules as such just if you smoke please do so outside in the garden and just be considerate. There is also off street parking with no restrictions. We are a very laid back family and have had absolutely no problems with previous lodgers :) it is myself, my partner and my 8 year old son living here.
