It is in a very quiet area of Laindon about 10 minutes walk from the station and 4 minutes drive from the A127. Parking is not allocated so first come first parked. I am looking for someone who is quiet and considerate of others, working and non smoking. You will have your own fridge and kitchen space and the bathroom is shared. Wifi and bills included providing no extreme electrical items such as Aircon are used. The room is for a single person only. I have had 6 lodgers in 15 years so I prefer someone who intends to be long term.
