I have a double room available from end of Jan/early Feb (flexible on exact date).
I own the property and work in London for the NHS so a working professional would be preferred. This is a smoke-free home. Has excellent links to Laindon station (20 min walk) and quick access to the A127.
The room will come fully furnished with a large built in wardrobe. There is a family bathroom which you will have sole use of. All other communal areas will be shared with me.
Parking available outside the house.
You must like cats as I own 2.
Please note: the house is currently on the market to be sold. You must allow access for viewings, all dates and times will be shared with you.
Will be suited to someone who can be flexible with month by month extensions until house is sold.
