The flat is spacious with a separate kitchen and living room to relax and entertain! There’s also a communal garden for the summer.

The house is close to Basildon (5 mins drive) or short bus ride in to town. Laindon station is connected with the C2C service, 25 minutes from Fenchurch Street or 10 minutes to Upminster for the District Line. An off street private parking space is included with the room.

The double room come with a double bed, chest of draws and a hanger for clothes.
